Structure
EUMOS is managed by a Management Board consisting of the President and two Vice-Presidents. The Management Board is supported by the Chief Operations Officer running the operations of the association. The Management Board is in charge of leading the mission of EUMOS and of ensuring compliance of the association with its mission. The Management Board is appointed on a 5 year basis.
EUMOS appoints an Advisory Board for developing strategies pursuing the EUMOS mission and for leading the work on implementing the strategies.
Finally, the General Assembly unites all EUMOS members and it is in charge of basic association decisions, including decisions about the statutes, the structure or approval of new standards.
In addition to the three main bodies of EUMOS, technical committees or working groups can be put in place for the discussion of EUMOS initiatives such as the elaboration of new standards.
